The Compassionate Care Network Inc. (CCN) has proudly undertaken a transformative effort on the Ray Street properties, turning neglected spaces into fully renovated homes. This project involved a complete demolition and gutting of the interiors, followed by meticulous rebuilding to create safe, functional, and welcoming homes.
Our efforts included:
Installing all-new piping and modern plumbing systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Replacing and repairing roofs for long-term durability.
Installing new energy-efficient windows for improved insulation and comfort.
Upgrading both interiors and exteriors to provide a fresh, livable space for residents.
This comprehensive project reflects our dedication to revitalizing neighborhoods and offering quality, affordable housing for individuals and families, particularly those at or below 80% of the area median income.
