2026 Announcement
If you are interested in applying for a 2026 Home Repair Grant, please fill out a Subscribe form found at the bottom of any page on our website, CCNINC.ORG. This will provide us with your name, email address, and phone number. The email address you provide will be used to communicate with you during the Home Repair Grant process.
WE HAVE SENT OUT EMAIL INFORMATION ABOUT THE GRANT ON APRIL 27TH, 2026.
IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE
AND SUBSCRIBE. THERE ARE SEVERAL PEOPLE ON OUR LIST THAT WERE REJECTED
BECAUSE OF BAD EMAIL ADDRESSES OR MAILBOXES BEING FULL.
ANY PEOPLE WHO SUBSCRIBE ON OR AFTER APRIL 27TH WILL RECEIVE
AN EMAIL AS WE ADD YOU TO OUR DATABASE LIST.
The Income Chart for 2026 has been updated on the website as of 5/7/2026. If your income was previously too high to qualify, please check it against the updated Income Chart. You can find it in the FORMS+HELP section under “Income Chart”. The 2026 presentation also reflects the 2026 chart.

ROLL OUT MEETING THIS YEAR
Please review the 2026 Presentation link under “GRANTS” for information to see if you are eligible to apply for a grant, what forms are needed, etc.

All forms and other helpful information are under the “FORMS+HELP” link. You can download and print the forms or fill them out online and save them to your computer.
The “APPLICATION FEE” screen used to pay your fee online is now up and running!

WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO GIVE EACH APPLICANT PERSONAL ATTENTION!
NOR CAN WE FILL OUT THE INFORMATION FOR YOU!
IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH A COMPUTER, PLEASE ENLIST THE HELP OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, A TRUSTED FRIEND, OR EVEN GRANDCHILDREN TO HELP NAVIGATE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPUTER, PLEASE GO TO THE LOCAL LIBRARIES. THEY HAVE COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS THAT YOU CAN USE, AND OFTENTIMES, ASSISTANTS THAT CAN HELP YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS!

1) GO THROUGH THE PRESENTATION - READ IT! ALL THE WAY TO THE END! IT IS ALWAYS APPARENT WHICH CALLERS HAVE READ IT AND WHICH ONES HAVEN’T
2) READ THE DESCRIPTIONS NEXT TO THE FORMS
3) THE APPLICATION CHECKLIST IS YOUR FRIEND. IT WILL WALK YOU THROUGH EACH SECTION SO YOU WILL KNOW WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE APPLICATION.
We are now accepting your application packages. You can either email it to this address, ccnincHRG@gmail.com, OR put everything in a large envelope with your name, phone number, and email address written on it, and drop it in our Dropbox, located to the left of the entrance of Lewis Temple Church, 3300 Hess Ave.
The money will become available starting Thursday, May 28th.
That means you have over 4 weeks between April 27th and May 28th to:
fill out your forms, pay the $150 application fee, gather your supporting documents, including your photos, turn them in to us for review, and get your application declared COMPLETE for input by Thursday, May 28th when the money starts flowing!
First come, first served! DON’T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!!
WHEN THE MONEY IS GONE, IT’S GONE!!
