The REVIVE Home Repair Grant Program is funded by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI). Isabella Bank, a member bank of FHLBI, has partnered with us, Compassionate Care Network, Inc. (CCN), in the administration of the applications and funding. FHLBI makes the decision regarding who gets an award.

REVIVE grant awards offer a maximum amount of $15,000.

NOTE: NIP & AMP modifications and repairs are now available under the REVIVE program.
